I recently discovered Ghost energy drinks the other week and purchased a case at my local wellness store and I must say they are amazing that I just purchased 5 more cases! Being a Nurse I need all the energy I can get for my 13+ hour shifts. I used to only drink Bangs but after discovering how tasty and non carbonated Ghost are they are my new go to. My favorite flavor is the mango and sour patch blue one! Deff worth the try!!

A-1 Customer Service

I bought a flavor from Ghost and I really didn’t like it. It just wasn’t for me. I relayed the message to them via email and they got back to me the very next day. They made an exception and let me exchange it for a different flavor and even threw in 2 extra samples. Great customer service. Thank you / Mario and Sierra

30 day delay on order ....

Placed my order on 26th March from Ghost UK (shipment to Denmark) and I am yet to receive it. Sent multiple mails to customer service and finally they decided to send a new package (since they have no idea where the first one is). This was on the 20th of April. I have a tracking link with DPD and there hasn’t been any update on the package since it was sent on the 20th.
No one has a clue about where my package is. Customer support takes 3 days to reply to mails. Honestly embarassing service!!
Cant believe that it has been over 30 days and I still havent received my package.

Ghost has the best customer service ever! They respond in such a timely manner and always go above and beyond in helping their customers. Excellent products too!!

Best customer service ever

I had a problem due to Brexit and the way Ghost and their customer support handled and resolved the situation is nothing like I have ever experienced. The best customer support I have ever come across.
It’s the 3rd Hoodie I purchased of them and I can highly recommend ! Brilliant quality and very comfy !
Big thumbs up for Ghost in general!

Feel a difference and great taste!

Just wanted to say that I started using your Chips Ahoy protein and Sour Patch Kids pre-workout. I already feel a difference working out. And the flavors are great. So thank you. No issue here, just some positive feedback.

I have spent years without Pre workout…

I have spent years without Pre workout because it was nasty and didn't help. I love this product and the customer service is even better. Usually the shipping is super fast but during Black Friday it took a little longer. No worries though because after I checked in about my package, I received my product. Also, I got a response from my email asking if I had received my product. So far great service for a great product. Thank you Ghost.

Great experience!

I had a very unique situation with some bad product, as I’m stationed in Afghanistan and couldn’t return the product for testing. Sierra and the customer service department helped by replacing my product all over email! Great experience!
